Israeli occupation minister backed on Sunday bill recognising number of Jewish outposts previously built despite government objection.

Israeli extremist so-called Justice Minister Ayelet Shaked and Education Minister Naftali Bennett of the Jewish Home party brought the so-called Regulation Bill despite knowing that it contradicts international law and would be indefensible in the Israeli High Court.
Two versions of the bill were proposed and both call for legalising the illegal Jewish colonies built in the occupied Palestinian lands.
Several Israel Jewish MKs, in addition to the chairman of the coalition Yoav Kisch signed both versions of the racist and illegal bill.
After backing the bill by the government, it heads to the Knesset for final approval. As it was approved by the coalition government, it means that it would be approved by the same coalition in the Knesset. It is just a matter of days to become a law.
Bennett hailed the “historic process of authorising the settlements in Judea and Samaria (occupied West Bank).”
He thanked the prime minister and the Likud ministers “for taking the responsibility required by a right-wing government and voting in favour of the national dream.”
Responding to the vote, Lieberman warned that any new policies regarding the West Bank must be coordinated with the new US administration.
This bill is aimed to revoke Israeli High Court ruling that decided the illegal Jewish colony of Amona in the occupied West Bank was built on private Palestinian land and demanded it be evacuated and razed.
