Day of Palestine, Jerusalem –Protected by Israeli troops, tens of Israeli Jewish settlers stormed on Thursday morning Al-Aqsa Mosque.
Witnesses said that the settlers stormed Al-Aqsa Mosque from Al-Magharbeh Gate. They were escorted with a large number of Israeli troops.
“Exactly, 51 Israeli Jewish settlers stormed the Mosque in droves,” Director of Al-Aqsa Mosque Omar al-Kiswani said.
The Palestinian Muslim worshipers tried to prevent them, but the Israeli troops insisted to pave the way for them to complete their provocative tour.
Al-Kiswani said that all what the Muslim worshiper could do was shouting ‘Allahu Akbar’ when the Jewish settlers approached them.
Storming Al-Aqsa Mosque is considered a provocative act for all Muslims because this Mosque is the third holiest place for the 2 billion Muslims around the world.
