Days of Palestine, Jerusalem –Large group of Israeli Jewish settlers stormed on Wednesday morning Al-Aqsa Mosque, attempting to perform mythical rituals.
Local sources in Jerusalem reported to Days of Palestine that there were senior rabbis accompanying the settlers.
“Around 15 settlers approached Al-Rahmeh Gates and started the performance of their mythical rituals,” the sources said. The Palestinian worshipers faced them and pushed them out.
“However, 61 settlers stormed the Sanctuary Yards from Al-Magharbeh Gate protected by a large number of the Israeli police,” the sources said.

According to the sources, the Palestinian worshipers could do nothing because of the heavy Israeli police protection. “At the same time, the Israeli police imposed sever restrictions on the Palestinians entering to perform their daily prayers there,” they said.
These aggressive activities came just days after an Israeli court in Tel Aviv ruled that the Israeli police have to ensure protection for the Israeli Jewish settlers wanting to desecrate Al-Aqsa Mosque.
