Days of Palestine, MEMO –Some 50 extremist Israeli rabbis have signed a petition calling for storming Al-Aqsa on Monday.

They said this petition comes in wake of what they described “terrorist events in Jerusalem,” blaming the Palestinians for the ongoing tension in the holy city.
The petition signed by the rabbis read: “One of the important ways through which we can demand our right to access the ‘Temple Mount’ (Al-Aqsa Mosque) is to go there. We believe that our presence is guided by pure and traditional Jewish teachings and laws.”
Dov Lior, Nahum Rabinovitch and Ram Hacohen are among the most famous rabbis who signed the petition. Some of them have issued religious orders calling for the killing of Arabs.
The petition considered the claimed murder attempt of right-wing Jewish activist Yehuda Glick “a catalyst that will continue to promote Jewish [desecration] for Al-Aqsa Mosque.”
Many other rabbis and politicians have voiced out their support for Jewish extremists who are to storm Al-Aqsa Mosque and its courtyards.
