Days of Palestine, Reports –Indirect Palestinian-Israeli talks about outstanding issues in ceasefire deal to resume mid of this week in Cairo.

Sources told the London-based newspaper Al-Sharq Al-Awsat that the talks would include the discussion of outstanding issues such as prisoners and seaport and airport.

They would also include any emergent issues.

According to the sources, the talks, brokered by Egypt, would last for one month in an effort to reach a final ceasefire deal.

“If the solutions were reached before one month, a deal would be signed,” the sources said, noting that Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas would visit Cairo in September 7 to take part in the meeting of the Arab foreign ministers.

A ceasefire deal between the Palestinian fighters and the Israeli occupation was reached on last Tuesday evening. It ended 51 consecutive days of Israeli massive attacks on Palestinians in the Gaza Strip.

The attacked resulted in the death of 2,147 Palestinians and wounded more than 11,000 others.
