Report: Israeli violations against Palestinians continue in West Bank

Israeli occupation soldiers and settlers yesterday, Friday, continued their aggression against Palestinian people, their sanctities, and their property, as a martyr was killed and several civilians were injured during the suppression of anti-settlement activities and attacked homes and vehicles in Nablus and Qalqilya. 

Israeli forces shoot dead Palestinian, injured others in Nablus

Israeli occupation forces shot dead the young man, Jamil Abu Ayyash, 31, in the head, during the clashes that erupted with the Israeli occupation forces on Jabal Sabih in the town of Beita, south of Nablus, local and medical sources confirmed.

Four Palestinian young men were wounded by rubber-coated metal bullets, and 52 cases of tear gas suffocation were reported as well, during the Israeli’s suppression of the weekly march to protest against the establishment of the “Givat Avitar” settlement outpost.

Meanwhile, Six Palestinian civilians were wounded with rubber-coated metal bullets, and dozens suffocated in the village of Kafr Qaddoum, east of Qalqilya after the occupation suppressed the weekly march organized to reject settlements and to demand the opening of the village street, which was closed for nearly 17 years.

In the village of Beit Dajan, east of the governorate, three civilians were wounded with rubber-coated metal bullets, and 18 suffocated with tear gas as well, during clashes that erupted with Israeli occupation forces.

Clashes also erupted between the Palestinian citizens and the Israeli occupation army, near the Qalandia military checkpoint, north of occupied Jerusalem.

Settlers attack homes and vehicles south of Nablus and begin construction work in the Jordan Valley

A number of “Yitzhar” settlers attacked citizens’ vehicles with stones near the bypass road adjacent to the town of Burin, south of Nablus, causing damage to some of them.

The settlers also attacked houses in the southern area of ​​Madama village, which led to the outbreak of confrontations, during which the settlement guards opened fire at the citizens.

In another violation, settlers began illegal excavation, construction, and restoration work, near the Khallet Khader spring in the Al Farisiyah area in the northern Jordan Valley.

Seven Palestinians kidnapped from Ramallah and Gaza Strip

The Israeli occupation forces arrested the two Palestinian citizens who identified Saji Abed, Baraa Abdel Samad, and Falah Nada from Al-Jinan neighborhood in Al-Bireh city.

The Israeli occupation also arrested two citizens: Maher Al-Qadi and Sami Hussein, after raiding their homes in the town of Beitunia, west of Ramallah.

Sources confirmed that the five detainees are ex-prisoners.
