Member of Hamas Movement Political Bureau, Husam Badran, confirmed that the movement’s visit to Cairo is to continue the accumulated relations with Egypt.
Reiterating that Jerusalem is a red line that cannot be crossed, especially after the Battle “Sword of Jerusalem”, Hamas senior official indicated that his movement discussed the issues of Jerusalem and Al-Aqsa, the siege, the reconstruction, and the Gaza Strip needs’, confirming that Hamas received positive responses.
Badran added that his movement discussed the detainee’s issues and the occupation’s practices against them especially their conditions after the Gilboa (Freedom Tunnel) operation, in addition to the issue of the six prisoners on hunger strike in refusal to administrative detention.

Regarding reconciliation, Badran stressed that his movement is not hampering it.
