DaysofPal- At least 23 Palestinians were killed and dozens were injured on Wednesday as Israeli air raids pounded multiple areas across the Gaza Strip, marking the 726th day of the ongoing war.
Local correspondents reported that an Israeli strike hit a group of civilians on Al-Nafaq Street in northern Gaza City, killing one person and wounding several others.
In central Gaza, 14-year-old Muhannad Mohsen Ali Abu Zaid was killed and another was wounded in a bombing in northern Nuseirat refugee camp.
Civil defense teams also recovered the body of another victim from the Qizan al-Najjar area south of Khan Younis.
Heavy bombardments struck shelters and homes across Gaza City whereas seven people were killed when Israeli warplanes targeted Al-Falah School in the Zeitoun neighborhood, where displaced families had taken refuge.
Another seven were killed in an air strike on the Abu Kamil family home in Al-Daraj, central Gaza City.
Elsewhere, Al-Awda Hospital reported one person killed and another injured after a strike on a gathering near Al-Mughraqa Bridge, north of Nuseirat camp. At dawn, two more victims arrived at the hospital alongside six wounded after a strike near Al-Qassam Mosque in Nuseirat.
Medical sources confirmed an additional three deaths in separate air strikes on homes in the Nuseirat and Bureij refugee camps.
Rescue crews continued working through the morning to evacuate casualties from the rubble amid relentless bombardment across the enclave.
