DaysofPal- Israeli forces continued their attacks on Tuesday morning, carrying out bombardments and demolishing residential homes in several areas across eastern Gaza.
According to Safa’s correspondent, Israeli military vehicles opened fire east of Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip, while artillery units targeted multiple locations in the area.
Intense gunfire was also reported from Israeli helicopters over Rafah, in the southern part of the Strip. In central Gaza, Apache helicopters unleashed heavy fire east of the Bureij refugee camp.
Meanwhile, Israeli warplanes launched new airstrikes on Jabalia refugee camp in northern Gaza. Occupation forces also carried out controlled explosions, destroying residential buildings located inside the so-called “yellow zone” in the Tuffah neighborhood of northeast Gaza City.
On Monday evening, Israeli aircraft had already bombed areas east of Gaza City.
Civil Defense teams, after coordinating access through the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA), managed to reach the Tuffah area, specifically the Al-Snafour intersection on Salah al-Din Street, where they evacuated two new casualties (a woman and a child) and rescued dozens of families trapped in their homes amid tank fire and drone attacks.
This raised the number of injuries to five, including two women and two children.
Israeli forces continue to breach the ceasefire agreement between Hamas and the Israeli occupation, which came into effect on 10 October.
