Israeli extremist settlers on Friday, September 30, broke into the Khallet Makhoul area in the northern Jordan Valley and began carrying out provocative actions against the citizens.
Local sources reported that 20 settlers raided the entrance to the Khallet Makhoul, provoking Palestinian citizens and harassing them attempting at displacing them from their lands.
During the past years, the Israeli settlers constructed a grazing outpost near the area. Since then, they have pursued Palestinian shepherds and routinely attacked them and their sheep.
Since 1967, Israeli occupation forces and settlers have been carrying out fierce and systematic attacks against the Jordan Valley. Currently, up to 21 Israeli settlements and outposts are built in the Palestinian-owned lands in Jordan Valley.
