The Union of Temple Mount Institutions has called on its supporters and followers to invade Al-Aqsa Mosque during the upcoming eight-day Jewish holiday of Hanukkah which starts on 19 December.
The official Jewish rabbinate in cooperation with the Western Wall Heritage Trust and the Israeli occupation’s Municipality of occupied Jerusalem placed a huge menorah at Al-Buraq Plaza ahead of the Jewish Hanukkah festivities.
Colonial Israeli settlers intended to light the menorah’s candles every day at 4:30 pm Jerusalem time, according to the Jewish Rabbinate.
Right-wing Jews repeatedly raid the Muslim holy sites in occupied Jerusalem basically Al-Aqsa Mosque, using Jewish holidays as an excuse.
As part of a decades-old accord between Jordan and the Israeli occupation, non-Muslims are not allowed to perform any religious rituals inside the confines of Al-Aqsa Mosque, nor are Israeli symbols allowed to be displayed.
