The Israeli occupation court decided Sunday, January 5, 2023, to demolish the house of the family of the Palestinian martyr, Mohammad Al-Ja’bari, 35, in Hebron.
Earlier, an Israeli court rejected the objection that the family of the martyr Mohammad Al-Ja’bari submitted regarding the demolition of their house in Hebron.
The brother of the martyr said at the time, “The occupation court rejected the objection submitted by the family’s lawyer to stop the decision to demolish the five-storey house, which housed the family of the martyr, his parents, siblings and their families.”
Mohammad Al-Jabari carried out the Kiryat Arba operation on October 29 against Israeli settlers, in response to the crimes of the occupation forces and the continuous attacks of Israeli settlers on the Palestinians.
The Israeli occupation forces shot and ran over Al-Ja’bari, after he carried out a shooting operation that resulted in the death of an Israeli settler and the wounding of 4 others.
A day after carrying out the operation, the occupation forces stormed the town of Beit Einoun in Hebron, raided the house of Al-Ja’bari, and drew maps in preparation for later detonating it.
It is noteworthy that the martyr Al-Ja’bari is a father of three children. He was a teacher at Jawad Al-Hashlamoun School in Hebron.
