Palestinian Prisoners Club reported Tuesday, 31 January 2023 that the Israeli occupation administration of Negev jail continues to impose collective isolation on 68 Palestinian detainees.

Earlier today, the Israeli occupation administration of the ‘Damon’ jail isolated the representative of the Palestinian Female Detainees in the Israeli jails Yasmine Shaaban after attacking her.
Moreover, the Israeli occupation oppression units stormed the Israeli jail of ‘Damon’, brutally attacked the Palestinian female detainees, and confiscated all their belongings turning the rooms into cells.
In the Israeli prison of Negev, 120 Palestinian prisoners announced yesterday an open hunger strike in protest against their continued collective isolation and confiscating their electrical tools and basic necessities.
It is noteworthy that over the past three days and until today, Israeli prisons are witnessing a state of extreme tension after the violent incursions carried out by the Israeli occupation forces of repression against several sections in Israeli prisons of Ofer, Negev, Megiddo, and Damon in which Israeli forces collectively confiscated Palestinian prisoners of their belongings.
In 2022, Israeli occupation forces arrested at least 172 Palestinian women in the occupied West Bank and Jerusalem.
