Israeli occupation forces impeded today, Saturday, February 4, 2023, the movement of Palestinian citizens at an Israeli military checkpoint, south of Jenin.

Local Palestinian sources reported that the Israeli occupation forces set up a military checkpoint on the main road linking the cities of Jenin and Nablus, and stopped and searched Palestinian vehicles and checked the ID cards of their passengers, which caused a traffic crisis.

The sources pointed out that the occupation forces intensified their military presence, and moved their vehicles in the vicinity of villages and towns south and west of Jenin.
