Israeli occupation court extended on Wednesday, September 7, 2022, the detention of the Palestinian Journalist Lama Abu Ghousha until Thursday.
Ghousha’s detention was extended for the third time in a row since she was arrested last Sunday in the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood in occupied Jerusalem.
On Sunday, Israeli occupation forces kidnapped journalist Lama Ghousha, a mother of two kids, after raiding and wreaking havoc on her house in the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood.
Palestinian Journalist Support Committee JSC revealed that Israeli occupation authorities hold 21Palestinian journalists, including three female detainees in Israeli prisons.
It added that seven of the Palestinian journalists in Israeli prisons are held currently under administrative detention without charge or trial.
