Israeli occupation forces IOF detain on Wednesday, September 7, 2022, a Palestinian man after shooting and injuring him in Salem town, east of the occupied West Bank city of Nablus.
Local sources reported that Israeli occupation forces shot the Palestinian Mohammad Ishtayyeh, 45, while he was in Salem town, near the Israeli settlements Elon Moreh.
For its part, the Palestinian Red Crescent reported that the Israeli forces prevented its crews from reaching the injured man for hours before they detained and transferred him to an unknown destination.
The Red Crescent added that Ishtayyeh sustained hand and stomach injuries from Israeli bullets in addition to burns on his hand.
Earlier today, Israeli occupation forces shot dead the Palestinian youth Younis Tayeh, 21, during a barbaric military raid in the occupied West Bank city of Tubas.
