Israeli occupation forces fired Saturday, December 17, live bullets and teargas canisters at a number of Palestinian farmers in the southern Gaza Strip.
Local media sources reported that Israeli occupation forces stationed inside military sites south of Gaza intensively opened their heavy weapons and fired teargas bombs at the Palestinian workers, forcing them to flee from their workplaces.
It is worth mentioning that the IOF stationed in the east and north of the Gaza Strip deliberately attack and fired gas on a daily basis at Palestinian workers, farmers, and shepherds, depriving them of their livelihood in peace and security.
Israeli occupation continues its illegal practices against Palestinian workers, which are part of Israel’s illegal blockade that amounts to a prohibited collective punishment under international law.
