Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) have restricted on Saturday, October 8, Palestinian local media from covering celebrations of prophet Mohammed’s birthday ( peace be upon him) inside the Ibrahimi Mosque.

Muslims around the world commemorate on this day the birthday of Prophet Mohammed, peace be upon him.

Israeli forces are attacking Palestinians in Jerusalem as well while celebrating the birthday of Prophet Mohammed peace be upon him.

Palestinian official sources have reported that IOF have detained a young Palestinian in a mass crack down in the old occupied city of Jerusalem.

Earlier this week, Israeli settlers have invaded the Ibrahimi Mosque and performed provocative “Jewish Celebrations” with total immunity by Israeli occupation forces.

This comes as Israeli Occupation forces get on with its tightening measures against Palestinian movements in the West Bank as it deliberately set up dozens of checkpoints in the region.
