The Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) delivered Wednesday morning, November 23, 2022 notices ordering to stop the construction work.
Notices were about two houses belonging to Palestinian residents of the town of Azzoun, east of the northern West Bank city of Qalqilia.
Mayor of Azzoun, Ahmad Enaya, said that Israeli forces handed two local Palestinian residents demolition notices against their homes located in the northwest part of the town.
Israel constantly demolishes structures built by Palestinians in Area C of the occupied West Bank which is under full Israeli military control, claiming they were built without a permit.
Note that this does not allow any development there while using the occupied land for its illegal settlement activity.
