Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) detained Monday, November 7, 2022 at least 23 Palestinians from several areas of the occupied territories following last night raids at their family homes.
In the southern West Bank district of Hebron, soldiers detained 12 Palestinians, including fathers and sons, from various towns and villages, while in Ramallah area, the forces detained two Palestinian youths from two different villages after raiding their homes.
Additionally, in the north of the West Bank, the forces detained two children, ages 14 and 16, from their home in the Nablus-area refugee camp of Balata, while three Palestinians were also detained in the Jenin district.
In the Jerusalem area, forces detained a youth at Shufat refugee camp, northeast of Jerusalem, after breaking into his family home, and another one was detained last night at nearby Anata after assaulting him.
The Palestinian Prisoners Society stated that Israel detains more than 6000 Palestinians in the occupied territories since the start of 2022 and through the end of October.
