Israeli occupation forces (IOF) continued Wednesday, May 24, 2023, to besiege the Al-Mughayyir village, east of the occupied West Bank city of Ramallah, for the twelfth day in a row.
Israeli forces have reportedly been closing the two main entrances to the village for the 12th day, preventing Palestinian citizens from entering or leaving it and forcing them to take long roads instead.
Under IOF protection, extremist Israeli colonizers repeatedly attack the village and assault the Palestinian citizens to force them to leave the village, so the settlers seize it easily.
Daily and systematically, Israeli occupation forces commit violations and attacks against Palestinian citizens, closures, deliberate detentions, home demolitions and deportation, suffocating and complicating Palestinian lives in order to force them to leave their homelands.
