DaysofPal- The Hamas Movement held the international community and the United States accountable for the heinous crimes committed by the Israeli occupation forces that have been committing in the northern Gaza Strip for over two weeks.
The Israeli crimes during the past two days, including the attacks on medical and civil defense teams, killing a number of them and arresting others, and the destruction of Kamal Adwan Hospital, constitute a flagrant violation of international humanitarian law, said Basem Naim, member of the Political Bureau of Hamas Movement.
Israel would not have committed these crimes without the guarantee of immunity and protection from Western countries, who have even supplied the resources necessary to continue the Israeli genocide, the Hamas official added.
“Our people are calling for immediate intervention to halt these crimes and enforce international will, as represented by Security Council Resolution 2735, to end the Israeli aggression, withdraw Israeli occupation forces, lift the siege, and secure the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people.”
“Our people will neither forget nor forgive those who committed these crimes or those who supported them. There will be no security, stability, or prosperity in the region until our people attain their full rights, especially the establishment of an independent state with Jerusalem as its capital.”
In the midst of catastrophic humanitarian suffering for more than two million Palestinians — half of them children, the Israeli occupation army continued, for the 386th consecutive day, to pound and target different areas and massacre more civilians in the Gaza Strip, especially in the northern areas.
