DaysofPal- The Government Media Office (GMO) reported that the Israeli occupation committed 26 bloody massacres over the past 48 hours, resulting in the deaths of more than 300 Palestinians, along with hundreds injured and missing.
In a press statement released on Thursday, the office stated that these ongoing and escalating crimes reflect Israeli persistence in carrying out a policy of deliberate killing, genocide, and ethnic cleansing.
It highlighted that the horrific massacres were primarily concentrated in attacks on overcrowded displacement and shelter centers housing tens of thousands of displaced people, as well as strikes on public beach resorts such as Al-Baqa’a, the bombing of Palestinian families inside their homes, marketplaces, vital facilities, and even starving civilians searching for food.
The office emphasized that the majority of the victims are women and children, all of whom are unarmed civilians, reflecting a deliberate targeting of the most vulnerable groups by the occupation.
Furthermore, the statement pointed out that these crimes coincide with Israel’s continued attempts to collapse what remains of the healthcare system through bombing hospitals, targeting medical teams, and blocking the entry of essential supplies.
The GMO strongly condemned these barbaric crimes against the Palestinian people and held the Israeli occupation fully responsible for them.
It also urged the international community, along with human rights and humanitarian organizations, to act urgently and immediately to stop the ongoing genocide in Gaza and to save civilians from this systematic, daily killing.
