Dozens of Palestinians participated today, Sunday, December 4, 2022, in a protest at the entrance to the city of Umm al-Fahm, in rejection of the field executions carried out by the Israeli occupation forces against Palestinians in the occupied West Bank and the city of Jerusalem.
The demonstration, organized by the Palestinian popular committee in the city, came two days after the martyrdom of Ammar Hamdi Muflih, 22, from the village of Osrin, by the bullets of the occupation forces that stormed the town of Hawara, south of Nablus, in the occupied West Bank, last Friday.
A video clip documenting the field execution carried out by the occupation soldiers in Hawara showed an Israeli soldier scrambling with a Palestinian who was trying to escape from him, and then the soldier fired from zero distance at the Palestinian who was lying on the ground.
The protester raised banners condemning the field executions, and some wrote phrases such as: “No to field executions”, “We are a united people, our cause is one”, and “The Zionist occupation is terrorism”.
The demonstrators demanded an end to field executions against the Palestinian people, and justice for the martyrs who were assassinated by the Israeli occupation forces.
