Hundreds of Palestinians and Palestine advocates in London rallied to protest against the Israeli prime minister’s visit to London on Friday, March 25, 2023.
Participants raised Palestinian flags and waved signs condemning the ongoing Israeli crimes against the Palestinian people.
They also chanted slogans that criticized the Israeli oppression and the UK for hosting Benjamin Netanyahu.
The slogans included “Netanyahu shame on you”, “Stop arming Israel”, “Stop bombing Gaza,” and “Free Palestine”.
A group of Jewish people was among the protesters. They expressed their support for the rights of the Palestinian people.
Chaim Blier, an Orthodox Jew who participated in the protest, said that ‘the existence of a Zionist state in the Holy Land is completely heresy and it’s a violation of human rights.’
Netanyahu arrived in London on a two-day visit to ‘discuss the Iranian issue’, according to Netanyahu’s office. Israel’s allies also criticized the visit holding mass protests.
