The official spokesman for the Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas, Fawzi Barhoum, condemend today the Israeli occupation plans to build a thousand settlement units in occupied Jerusalem.
Hamas spokesman said that Israel's endorsement of building around 1,000 settlement units in occupied Jerusalem is a blatant violation to international law, reaffirming that Israeli colonial occupation does not care about international law.
Barhoum stressed that the Zionist policies backed by the U.S administaration have become a major threat to the Palestinian people, leaving them with no choice but to confront the Israeli occupation in ways that are 'equivalent to the magnitude of this severe danger.'
He stressed also on the importance of ending negotiations and 'security coordination' with Israel, urging an intensification of diplomatic and international efforts and imposition of deterrent penalties against Israel.
