DaysofPal– One Palestinian was killed and another injured on Wednesday morning following an Israeli strike in the Al-Mawasi area of Khan Younis, in the southern Gaza Strip.
A local source reported that Israeli aircraft targeted a group of civilians near Al-Aqsa University in western Khan Younis, resulting in one fatality and one injury.
Civil defense teams said they responded to the attack in the Al-Basal area near the university.
On Tuesday, local sources said Israeli aircraft struck a white Hyundai Tucson vehicle in Al-Mawasi, killing Yahya Fayez Abu Labda, Ihsan Hamid Al-Sumairi, and Tamer Baraka, and injuring 14 others.
Since October 10, Israeli forces have continued to violate the ceasefire through ongoing air and artillery strikes across the Gaza Strip.
According to daily reports documenting these violations, 674 people have been killed since the ceasefire, including 200 children, 81 women, and 21 elderly individuals, with more than 1,799 others injured.
This brings the total death toll since October 7, 2023, to over 72,249, with 171,898 people injured.
