DaysofPal- The Israeli government has approved an extension of the nationwide state of emergency for an additional 12 days, according to Hebrew-language media reports on Sunday evening. The measure will now remain in effect until March 12.
Channel 13 reported that the decision came due to the deteriorating situation in the Israeli occupation as a result of the war with Iran.
The emergency order allows the military to continue exercising special powers, including closing specific areas and imposing movement restrictions where necessary.
Israeli forces have also instructed settlers in high-risk zones to remain close to shelters due to ongoing concerns over Iranian missile barrages.
The extension reflects continued tensions and security concerns on the home front amid the escalating regional confrontation with Iran.
