DaysofPal- The Government Media Office in Gaza stated on Saturday that 12 Palestinians were killed in Israeli airstrikes, bringing the total number of fatalities since the ceasefire agreement took effect in October to 524, with 1,360 others injured.

In a statement, the office said Israeli violations of the ceasefire have climbed to 1,450. It reported that airstrikes and intensive shelling since early Saturday targeted multiple areas across the Gaza Strip, with the deadliest attack hitting a tent sheltering displaced people in Khan Younis, southern Gaza.

The statement said seven members of one family were killed in that strike, including five children, a woman, and an elderly person, calling the attack a clear breach of the ceasefire agreement and international humanitarian law.

According to the media office, Israeli forces committed 1,450 documented violations over the 111 days since the ceasefire came into force on October 10, 2025.

These included 487 shooting incidents, 679 bombardments and targeting operations, 71 military incursions into residential areas, and the destruction of 211 homes and residential buildings.

The office said civilian casualties were extensive, noting that children, women, and elderly people accounted for around 260 of the 524 deaths, about 92 percent of the total. It added that 96 percent of those killed were targeted in areas located away from the so-called “Yellow Line.”

The statement also said the violations left 1,360 people wounded, with civilians comprising 99.2 percent of the injured, and reported the arrest of 50 Palestinians from residential neighborhoods.

On humanitarian access, the office reported a significant drop in Israeli compliance with commitments to allow aid, commercial goods, and fuel into Gaza. It said only 28,927 aid trucks entered the enclave out of the 66,600 required under the agreement, representing 43 percent compliance.

Fuel deliveries were described as particularly restricted, with just 782 fuel trucks entering out of a planned 5,550, severely affecting essential services and the power plant.

The media office stated that the Israeli occupation is violating the humanitarian protocol attached to the ceasefire by keeping the Rafah crossing closed, blocking materials needed to repair infrastructure, preventing the entry of heavy machinery required to recover bodies, and restricting medical supplies and tents.

It also accused Israeli forces of failing to respect withdrawal lines, seizing additional land, and repeatedly crossing the Yellow Line.

The statement called on U.S. President Donald Trump, along with the agreement’s sponsors, mediators, guarantors, and the international community, to take urgent action to pressure the Israeli occupation to fully implement the ceasefire, protect civilians, and allow the immediate and safe entry of humanitarian aid, fuel, and temporary housing to address Gaza’s worsening humanitarian crisis.
