DaysofPal- Israeli occupation forces (IOF) committed at least 13 new violations of the ceasefire agreement in the Gaza Strip early Tuesday.
The incidents included artillery and aerial bombardment, heavy gunfire, and the demolition of civilian homes in both Gaza City and the southern areas of the enclave.
Witnesses reported that at dawn, Israeli forces detonated an explosive-laden military tank east of Gaza City. Around the same time, Israeli attack helicopters opened fire toward the eastern side of the Al-Tuffah neighborhood in northeastern Gaza City.
In southern Gaza, Israeli warplanes launched new airstrikes east of Khan Younis on Tuesday morning, followed by renewed artillery shelling targeting the same areas. Local medical sources earlier reported 10 injuries from Israeli airstrikes in eastern Gaza.
In central Gaza, Israeli artillery also struck the northeastern Al-Bureij camp, while occupation forces fired smoke bombs over eastern Khan Younis.
A Safa field correspondent said Israeli naval vessels opened fire in the waters off Khan Younis in the early hours of Tuesday morning.
Local sources added that Israeli aircraft carried out multiple strikes east of Khan Younis, accompanied by intense gunfire from military vehicles deployed along the eastern perimeter of the city.
Several rounds of artillery fire were also reported at dawn east of Khan Younis and inside the so-called “yellow line” in Gaza City. Military vehicles later resumed heavy gunfire in the eastern districts of Khan Younis.
The correspondent confirmed that Israeli forces executed further airstrikes and the demolition of Palestinian civilian buildings behind the “yellow line” east of Gaza City.
Additional explosions were heard Tuesday morning in the Shejaiya area of eastern Gaza City, coinciding with another Israeli airstrike and a wave of heavy gunfire from occupation forces positioned nearby.
Despite the ceasefire agreement announced earlier this month, residents reported ongoing violations almost daily, raising concerns that the fragile truce may be on the verge of collapse.
