DaysofPal-The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) continue their relentless assault on the Gaza Strip for the 716th consecutive day, in a horrible live genocide targeting civilians, residential areas, healthcare facilities, and critical infrastructure, amid ongoing international silence.
Since dawn on Monday, at least 21 Palestinians have been killed in strikes across the besieged enclave. According to local hospitals, eight bodies were brought to Al-Shifa Medical Complex in Gaza City, one to Al-Ma’madani Hospital, and three others to Al-Aqsa Hospital in central Gaza.
The Euro-Med Human Rights Monitor reported that in the past week alone, Israeli forces detonated around 120 explosive-laden vehicles inside Gaza City, averaging over 17 per day, carrying an estimated 840 tons of explosives.
The organization noted that each detonation produces a ground impact equivalent to a 3.7-magnitude earthquake, explaining the vast destruction in targeted neighborhoods.
Escalation on the Ground
Israeli warplanes and helicopters carried out intense bombardments across multiple areas of Gaza. An apartment block belonging to the Daloul family, near the historic Al-Omari Mosque in Gaza’s Old City, was leveled in an airstrike.
Three successive raids also struck near Al-Hurriya School in the Al-Zaytoun neighborhood in southeastern Gaza.
Civilian casualties mounted throughout the day, whereas Suha Iyad Ehdeyan Al-Akhras succumbed to her wounds after being shot inside her tent in Khan Younis’s Mawasi area.
In Nuseirat refugee camp, west of Gaza’s central strip, 25-year-old Shukri Muhammad Ayash (“Abu Anas”) was killed in an Israeli airstrike on the Al-Sawariha area.
Israeli artillery shelled southern Gaza City, while Apache helicopters unleashed heavy machine-gun fire toward northern and northwestern districts.
One of the deadliest incidents occurred in Al-Sabra, south of Gaza City, where Israeli forces bombed the Al-Maghribi Street area, striking a densely populated residential block.
Initial reports confirm multiple fatalities and missing persons trapped under rubble. The strikes destroyed homes belonging to the Khalil Al-Deiri (Abu Jum’a), Adham Al-Deiri, Muhammad Al-Deiri, Abu Yasser Al-Deiri, and Abu Asli Dughmosh families.
Rescue teams continue to search for survivors under collapsed buildings amid severe shortages of fuel, equipment, and medical supplies.
