The Hamas Movement has warned that the exposure of the Aqsa Mosque to ongoing provocative violations by the Israeli occupation and Jewish settlers at the Aqsa Mosque would ignite an all-out regional war.
In a press release, Hamas spokesman Fawzi Barhoum said that the Israeli occupation state would pay dearly for any war triggered by its practices at the Aqsa Mosque, calling on the Palestinians in Jerusalem and the West Bank to escalate their resistance against the occupation throughout Palestine.
The spokesman urged the Arab and Muslim peoples to strongly support their brothers and sisters in Jerusalem and pressure the decision-makers in their countries to break their silence and assume their responsibilities towards the Palestinian people, Jerusalem and the Aqsa Mosque.
