Saudi officials reported Sunday, June 25, 2023, that the number of pilgrims has already exceeded 1.6 million from outside the Kingdom.
It’s worth mentioning that number of pilgrims this year has surpassed the number of pilgrims last year by far, as Hajj was limited to 926,000 pilgrims, including 781,000 from abroad, two years after it was limited to a few thousand residents of the Kingdom alone, due to the Corona pandemic.
