The Palestinian detainee Jabr Nasasrah, 46, from Beit Furik town in Nablus, entered today, Sunday, June 25, the 22nd year inside Israeli prisons, the Palestinian Prisoner Club Society (PPC) said.
PPC indicated that the detainee Nasasrah was detained many times, the last of which was in 2002. The Israeli occupation has sentenced him to life imprisonment three times and 30 years in prison.
Nasasrah completed his study inside the prison and obtained Bachelor’s degree in history. He lost his two brothers and the Israeli occupation denied him to bid farewell to them.
The Palestinian detainee Nasasrah is married and a father of three children. Now, he is in the Israeli Nafha prison.
According to the latest Palestinian statistics, there are about 5000 Palestinian detainees in Israeli prisons, including 160 minors, 29 women, 750 patients, and 1200 administrative detainees.
