The Israeli occupation forces opened fire towards two Palestinian youths on Wednesday, October 12, 2022, injuring a number of them during their military incursion on the town of Qusra, south of Nablus, following an attack by Israeli settlers.
Ahmed Jibril, director of the Palestinian Red Crescent Emergency and Ambulance Center in Nablus, said that two Palestinian young men were wounded by live bullets in the foot, during the confrontations in Qasra, and they were transferred to Rafidia Hospital.
Ghassan Daghlas, the official in charge of the settlement file in the northern West Bank, stated that Israeli settlers attacked the southern area of the town of Qusra and burned two poultry farms, as well as a freight car, in addition to burning electricity poles on the road between Qasra and Jalud neighborhoods.
He added that confrontations erupted between the Palestinians and the occupation forces, which stormed the neighborhood to protect the Israeli settlers, and fired rubber-coated metal bullets, tear gas and sound bombs, wounding two Palestinian youths with live bullets, and suffocating dozens.
