19 Palestinians, including three children, fell victim to Israel’s brutality during the last month of September, according to a Palestinian report published earlier Saturday.
The report revealed that Israeli occupation forces IOF killed at least 19 Palestinians, including 3 children, in the occupied West Bank and Jerusalem in September 2022.
Jenin
Israeli occupation forces escalated their raids in the West Bank cities during September. Jenin city was the most affected by the Israeli barbaric inclusions which claimed the lives of 10 Palestinians.
On September 14, Israeli occupation forces cold-bloodedly murdered the Palestinians Abderahman and Ahmed Abed for allegedly attempting at carrying out a shooting attack against Israeli forces at the Israeli Jalama checkpoint.
September 28 was one of the bloodiest days survived by Palestinians in occupied Jenin as Israeli forces killed four Palestinians in less than an hour during a military raid in Jenin camp.
Abed Hazem, Ahmed Alawneh, Mohammed Barahma, and Mohammed Naasa were shot dead when Israeli forces raided Jenin Refugee camp, seized a Palestinian house, and targeted it with at least one shell.
Four other Palestinians were reported shot dead by Israeli forces in Jenin last September: Haitham Mubarak, Fadi Ghattas Mohammad Abu Jomaa, and Taher Zakarna.
Escalating Violence
Israeli occupation systematically targets Palestinian civilians all over Palestinian lands in an attempt to eliminate all forms of resistance.
The Palestinian figures pointed out that the Israeli attacks and violations in the occupied West Bank are on rising compared to previous years.
In September 2021, Israeli occupation forces killed 21 Palestinians in the occupied West Bank and Jerusalem. Meanwhile, two were killed in September 2020, and five others in September 2019.
Targeting Children
Israeli occupation killed or caused the death of three Palestinian children last September, the last of which was Rayan Sulieman who died while being chased by Israeli forces in occupied Bethlehem.
On September 2, Israeli occupation forces murdered Haitham Mubarak, 17, near Beit Eil military checkpoint in occupied Ramallah, alleging that he attempted to stab an Israeli soldier.
Moreover, IOF killed a Palestinian teenager during a raid near the northern occupied West Bank city of Jenin. Uday Salah, 17, was fatally shot in the head by Israeli forces in the village of Kufr Dan on the western outskirts of Jenin
According to the report, the Israeli intensified attacks and raids resulted in the killing of three Palestinians in Jerusalem, and three others in Bethlehem. Meanwhile, three others were killed in Tubas, Ramallah, and Nablus.
So far in 2022, the Israeli occupation has killed 162 Palestinians in the occupied West Bank and Jerusalem, according to Palestinian reports.
