Days of Palestine, Gaza Strip –Israeli occupation forces carried out limited invasion in the east of Shuja’ia Neighbourhood, central Gaza Strip.
Witnesses said that a couple of Israeli tanks crossed the border line in Al-Shuja’ian Neighbourhood towards the residential buildings.
During the invasion, the witnesses said they heard sporadic gunfire coming towards them from the side where the Israeli tanks were positioned.
Meanwhile, the Israeli F16 jets were clearly heard by the Palestinians across the Gaza Strip. The Gazans also reported sounds of fake explosions and sonic booms.
In Khan Younis, south of the Gaza Strip, the Israeli tanks opened their fire at the Palestinians farmers working in their farms in the east of the city.
Israeli forces have repeatedly made limited incursions into the Gaza Strip and opened fire on Gazans since the ceasefire agreement signed on August 26, 2014 that ended a devastating 51-day Israeli offensive on the Strip.
