3 Syrians Injured in Israeli Airstrikes on Tartus, Hama

Israeli occupation warplanes carried out several airstrikes on Syria, injuring at least three people on Sunday morning, March 12.

Syrian Arab News Agency Sana reported that three people were injured ‘in an Israeli act of aggression that targeted Tartus and Hama provinces.

SANA  reported that the incident took place around 7;00 a.m. when bursts of missiles from the direction of northern Lebanon targeted some sites in the countryside of Tartud and Hama.

“ Our air defenses intercepted the missiles and downed some of them,” SANA quoted military sources. the sources also added that the airstrikes some material damage.

Over the past years, Israeli warplanes carried out hundreds of raids on different parts of the Syrian lands, causing casualties and considerable destruction.
