Hundreds of settlers stormed today, Saturday, November 19, 2022, the Bab al-Zawiya area, east of Hebron, and Beersheba, in the city center, under high protection by the Israeli occupation forces.
Local sources confirmed that the Israeli settlers, during their storming of Hebron, attacked the Palestinian homes there, which resulted in a number of injuries to the Palestinians.
The occupation forces also carried out a campaign of attacks against Palestinian citizens in the city center, as a result of which the child, Aisha Hisham Al-Azza, was wounded in the face and the young man, Bilal Saeed, in the eye.
The sources added that as a result, violent confrontations broke out between the Palestinian youths and the occupation forces, in response to the settlers’ incursions, during which the occupation forces opened fire toward the Palestinians.
They indicated that the occupation forces closed the shops in Bab Al-Zawiya to secure the settlers’ storming, and forced the Palestinian owners of the shops to close them until four o’clock in the afternoon.
Palestinian Media showed many scenes of the occupation forces firing live bullets at the Palestinian protesters to disperse them, while settlers continued to break storefronts in one of the city’s markets.
Local sources said that the settlers’ attacks on the Palestinians took place in huge numbers, noting that more than 37,000 settlers stormed the Hebron area.
