Israeli occupation forces demolished Monday, 3 octobar 2022 a Palestinian-owned house and two concrete warehouses in Masafer Yatta, south of Hebron.

Local sources reported that the Israeli occupation bulldozers broke into the Al-Rifaiah area in Masafer Yatta and demolished a 150-square-meter house belonging to the Palestinian man Mahmoud Muhammad Jabr Al-Amour.

 

In the same context, Israeli occupation forces notified 8 Palestinian families to demolish their own homes in Masafer Yatta, south of the occupied West Bank city of Hebron, yesterday. 

IOF raided Al-Deirat village and handed four Palestinian families notices to demolish their houses, said Fuad Al-Amour, a Palestinian activist in Masafer Yatta. 

He added that Israeli occupation forces broke into the Irfaiya village and informed four other families of their intention to demolish their houses.

Masafer Yatta, located in southern Hebron Hills, extends over an area of ​​30,000 dunams, with a population of 2,500 residents distributed over 12 villages or hamlets. 

More than 2000 Palestinian residents in Masafer Yatta are facing imminent expulsion from their homes by the Israeli occupation under the pretext of classifying it as a military training area for the Israeli forces in which the Palestinians have no right to live.
