The Israeli occupation forces stormed, on Sunday, August 14th, 2022, the home of the governor of Jerusalem, member of the Revolutionary Council of the “Fatah” movement, Adnan Ghaith, in the town of Silwan, south of the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque.
It is noteworthy that The Israeli occupation forces stormed the house of Governor Ghaith on the eighth of this month. The Occupation Court issued a decision on the fourth of August, imposing house arrest on Governor Ghaith, without specifying a time period for the decision.
Governor Ghaith has been arrested 35 times since assuming his duties as governor of Jerusalem in August 2018. He is subjected to a campaign of prosecution, arrest, and prevention of participation in meetings or meeting Palestinian figures, in addition to being prevented from traveling or leaving occupied Jerusalem.
