Thousands of Palestinians took part on Friday, September 23, in a protest in Rafah city, southern Gaza Strip, expressing their solidarity with Al-Aqsa Mosque and occupied Jerusalem.
Palestinian protesters raised Palestinian flags and banners condemning the Israeli Judaizing plans against the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque.
Mamdouh Zourob, a member of the Palestinian National and Islamic Forces, called on the Palestinian people in West Bank and the 1948-occupied lands to mobilize at Al-Aqsa to confront the settlers’ incursions.
In addition, he delivered a message to the people of Jerusalem, stressing that Gaza supports the steadfastness of the Jerusalemites and called on them to confront the Israeli attempts to defile Al-Aqsa during the so-called Jewish holidays.
These protests coincide with calls of the so-called temple mount groups for mass incursions into the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque starting from the 26th of September until next October.
