Palestinian youth succumbed on Monday, 29 May 2023 to an injury sustained by Israeli occupation bullets during a military incursion into the occupied West Bank old city of Jenin.
The Palestinian Ministry of Health reported that a 37-year-old Palestinian man Ashraf Al-Sheikh Ibrahim succumbed to critical injuries that he sustained in his chest and abdomen by Israeli occupation troops during a military raid on Jenin city.
Ministry added that Ashraf was hit by two explosive Israeli bullets one in the abdomen fragmented his liver and the second in the chest penetrated the lung.
Earlier this morning, IOF invaded Jenin and kidnapped 6 Palestinians after searching their homes in occupied Jenin.
Israeli military troops shot and injured eight Palestinians, including, according to Palestinian local sources.
Eyewitnesses reported that Israeli forces prevented the Palestinian medical crews and ambulances from reaching the scene to evacuate the injured people and caused damage to at least one ambulance.
The Israeli occupation has been conducting near-daily raids in the occupied West Bank and Jerusalem since the start of the year during which around 160 Palestinians have been killed including 26 children, according to the Palestinian health ministry.
