The Palestinian prisoner, Raed Saleh Abu Hamdiya, 49, entered his 26th consecutive year of detention inside the jails of the Israeli occupation.
The occupation forces arrested Raed on February 3, 1997, and sentenced him to life imprisonment.
Abu Hamdiya, from Jerusalem, is currently held in Raymond Desert Jail.
