The Joint Operation Room of the Palestinian Factions in the Gaza Strip held a press conference Friday, October 14, 2022, in the wake of the escalating Situation in Jerusalem and the occupied West Bank.
The joint room said during the press conference, “We are closely following the crimes committed by the criminal Zionist occupation against our Palestinian people and our sanctities, such as desecration of Al-Aqsa, assault on worshipers, disregard for all international norms, laws and values, and provocation of the feelings of our people and all the free people in the world.”
It added, “We are also following with pride the heroic Palestinian resistance in the occupied West Bank and Jerusalem, and we follow the heroism of our Palestinian people in Jerusalem, Nablus, Jenin, Ramallah, Bethlehem, Qalqilya and Hebron, and in all our cities, villages and camps.”
It warned that “violating Al-Aqsa and the increase of the Israeli occupation’s crimes against our people in Jerusalem, and desecrating the sanctities of our people with Jewish religious rituals under false pretexts, is a bad omen of this occupation, and a sign to its demise and defeat.”
The joint room called on the Palestinian people in Jerusalem and the West Bank and in Palestinian territories occupied in 1948 to “escalate their resistance against the occupation and continue to confront the barbaric Zionist aggression against the holy sites and defenseless Palestinians in all parts of Palestine.”
It stressed that the Palestinian resistance in Gaza will be a great supporter of the Palestinian resistance people in the West Bank, occupied Jerusalem, and all parts of Palestine.
The Joint Operation Room for the Palestinian Factions in Gaza concluded its conference by saluting the heroic Palestinians who sacrificed their blood and themselves for the sake of Palestine and the Palestinian cause and did not hesitate to defend their people and their sanctities and to confront the crimes and attacks of the Israeli occupation against them.
