The Palestinian citizen Samir Awni Harbi Aslan (41 years), a resident of Qalandiya camp, north of occupied Jerusalem, succumbed to his wounds Thursday dawn, January 12, 2022 during an Israeli raid to the area.
The Palestinian Ministry of Health stated that Samir Awni Harbi Aslan (41 years old) was killed after being hit by a bullet in his chest fired by the Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) during the aggression on Qalandiya camp, north of occupied Jerusalem.
IOF targeted Samir Aslan after he tried to defend his son Ramzi during an Israeli barbaric attempt to kidnap him as part of a fierce detention campaign carried out by IOF in Qalandiya camp.
Aslan is the third martyr during the last 24 hours, as the young man, Sanad Muhammad Othman Samamra, was killed by a settler’s bullets in Hebron.
In addition to Ahmed Abu Junaid (21 years old) was also killed during IOF’ raid on Balata camp, east of Nablus.
It’s noteworthy that the Israeli occupation detained Aslan’s bleeding body and prevented people from providing him with first aid.
