Israeli occupation navy gunboats opened fire on Friday at fishermen’s boats off the coast of Gaza City, damaging one of them.

One of the fishermen said that the Israeli gunboats attacked fishers and their boats with live ammunition and water cannons during their presence within six nautical miles off the shore of Gaza City. 

Luckily, no one was hurt, but at least one fishing boat sustained damage in the attack, and the fishermen were forced to return ashore.

Israeli gunboats deliberately attack Palestinian fishers almost every day in the Gaza sea and prevent them from working.
