Dozens of Israeli settlers storm Al-Aqsa

Days of Palestine -

Days of Palestine – Jerusalem

Israeli settlers today, Monday, stormed the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque, from the side of the Mughrabi Gate, under the protection of the Israeli occupation police.

According to local sources, in the early morning hours, dozens of settlers stormed the Al-Aqsa Mosque and carried out provocative tours in its courtyards, until they left from the side of Bab al-Silsila.

The endowments said that, for the first time since the beginning of the organized incursions into Al-Aqsa in 2003, a single incursion of settlers under the protection of the Israeli police was recorded.

Israeli authorities allow settler incursions to the compound since 2003, despite repeated objections and warnings by the Palestinian religious authorities as the visits provoke worshippers of the mosque.
