Act4Palestine Youth Team based on Gaza Strip Wednesday launched a Twitter Storm to pressure the International community to ensure that the upcoming Palestinian elections are conducted fairly and without manipulation by the Israeli occupation.
The team called all activates around the world to participate in the campaign on Monday and Tuesday on social media platforms, using the hashtags #PalestinianElection2021 and #Act4Palestine.

Said Shoiab, the head of the youth team, said that we achieved a big success as the Act4Palestine team and the activates from around the world began tweeting at 7 PM Jerusalem time on Friday.
"This work came after the Israeli occupation practices in the West Bank through illegally interfering in the Palestinian elections," Shoiab added.
The Israeli occupation intelligence warned Hamas leaders and other Palestinians in the West Bank to be jailed if they participated in the Palestinian elections later this year.
"We launched this Twitter storm to ask the world to pressure the Israeli occupation to not manipulate in our democratic process," Nesma, one of the activists of the team, said.
She added that we've been waiting for these elections for long years and we will not allow the Israeli occupation trying to stop it through illegal practices and threatens to our Palestinian people in the West Bank and Jerusalem.
Meanwhile later this week, Hamas and other Palestinian parties called on the International community and some countries to participate in monitoring the upcoming Palestinian elections to guarantee the success of the process and to pressure the Israeli occupation not to put obstacles the holding of elections or interference in the electoral process, especially in occupied Jerusalem.
