Days of Palestine – Jerusalem
Dozens of settlers Today, Wednesday, stormed the courtyards of the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque, in the morning period of the daily incursions carried out by settlement groups under the protection of the Israeli occupation forces.
Jerusalem sources reported that 84 settlers stormed the squares of Al-Aqsa Mosque, through groups and amid tight security measures.
The sources pointed out that settlers began storming Al-Aqsa this morning from the Mughrabi Gate, wandering around the mosque's squares, and performing Talmudic rituals in the place.
During the incursions, the Israeli occupation forces evacuated the eastern region of the mosque from worshipers and stationers, in order to facilitate the storming of settlers.
The settlers' incursions are part of the periodic tours that they undertake, aiming to change the reality in the Holy City and Al-Aqsa Mosque.
Calls continue for all Muslims in the occupied Palestinian interior, the people of Jerusalem, and those who can reach Al-Aqsa from the West Bank, to intensify the journey towards the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque, and to rebuild it with worshipers and stationers to thwart the settlers' plans.
The Israeli occupation forces targeted Jerusalemites through arrests, deportations and fines, with the aim of removing them from Al-Aqsa Mosque and leaving it as an easy spot in front of settlement ambitions.
The Israeli occupation targets the employees and guards of Al-Aqsa to arrest, deportation and harassment in order to dissuade them from their role in protecting and securing the mosque.
